    First Shoron War
    Military: War

    Around -5703 an unknown disagreement broke out between the Captirian cities of Zyglos and its closest trading partner, the city of Flonus. This started the First Shoron War which ended in Zyglos taking control of Flonus and many towns and villages between the two cities. This conflict is seen by many as the birth of the Captirian Empire. This scared many other neighboring cities which formed a coalition in -4690 in which they all agreed to sever trade with Zyglos.

    Second Shoron War
    Military: War

    The result of the First Shoron War in South Capti scared many other neighboring cities which formed a coalition in -4690 in which they all agreed to sever trade with Zyglos. However Zyglos only took this as a threat. In -4687 Zyglos, allied with the cities of Flonus and Twarnet, declared war on the coalition. This conflict was short but showed Zyglon's clear naval superiority. During this period Zyglos became the first known army to successfully lay siege to a city from the sea rather than the land, shocking the coalition with their speed and ability on the waves. By -4683 the coalition made peace with Zyglos but dispanded as a result and resumed trade. Another result of the conflict was Zyglos' alliance with the city of Twarnet became more permanent and the two cities became very close.

    Tharn War
    Military: War

    The once Zyglon Emperor of the Zyglon Empire, Jarnos settled on Tharn in exile after being overthrown in -5591. In -5583 he staged an uprising on the island where it declared independence from the Vilx who had owned it for the last 8 years.This upset Zyglons who had exiled him. Initially the Zyglons and Vilx planned a joint effert to retake the island but when Jarnos aproached the Vilx with promices of Zyglon secrets if they helped him overthrow his userpers they switched sides but were wiped out by the Zyglon. Jarnos was captured and executed for his actions.

    Rise of the Buus Empire
    Life, Organisation Association

    The chieftain of the Buus tribe united the ten tribes around Lake Vukuu to help fend off the hostile Vadrin Empire to the south. They sucseeded in pushing the Vadrins back to their base settlement which they burned, ending the Vadrin Empire. In its place they created the Buus Empire which ocupied the teritory of the Vadins and around Lake Vukuu.

    Huvan-Captirian War
    Military: War

    The two biggest powers in Ecoth clashed for the first time in -5525 with a dramatic defeat for the Zyglon Empire. However this encounter did begin a long friendship between the Capti and and the Huvans.

    Conquring of the Narch Region
    Military: Skirmish

    In -5498 Capti, led by Argus Norn, invaded the Narch Region in an effort to connect their mainland empire to their colany of New Capti. What resulted was a war with the local inhabitants which lasted three years. Norn lost his life during the campain whilst apparently on the toilet when his camp was raided by the barbarians. There are many accounts of his heroic last stand to defend himself which, whilst likely untrue, formulate in the strangest military death in Ecothnic history. Despite this the area was comletly taken by Capti by -4594.

    Settlers Move Eastwards To Colanise
    Population Migration / Travel

    As rich rock and meltals were discovered in the north east of Ecoth, many poorer families from areas such as the Hana Desert and centeral Ecoth migrated to the area which would later be called Wenstar. They founded independent colanies but were continually bothered by the local native tribes who were unhappy with the new arrivals on their teritory.

    War of the Tribes
    Revolution

    Unhapy with the reign of the Buus Tribe within the Buus Empire, an uprising lead by the Iruugh Tribe, occured which resulted in the death of the Buus Notach, and the appointment of a Iruughn one. The name of the Buus Empire was also changed to the Buzan Empire to remove all ideas that the Buus Tribe had full authority.

    The East Native Purge

    A man named Votox Wifano claimed to be harrased constantly by violent locals in Ecoth's north east region leading to a movement of settlers which slaughtered native tribes in so called 'prentive attacks.' Millions of natives were forced to flee south into the marshes, or north to the mountains. Many peaceful tribes were exterminated and those who fought back did so with little sucess. Even after the year long movement ended, hostilaties remained between the settlers and the few natives who remained in the region. This event would define their relationship for centeries to come...

    The Tarvuk Wars

    A series of wars took place between the Dynastal Empire, the Buzan (Buzhanan) Empire and the Tarvali Empire for control over a section of the River Tarvuk which was a major trade point. The conflicts saw the destruction of the Tarvali Empire and was won by the Dynastals.

    Dynastal Civil War
    Military action

    Emperor Clouse VI of the Dynastal Empire was betrayed and killed by his Elite Legionaries and his son, Prince Iswold III led a loyalist army to retake control of his empire. After the six year conflict the Dynastal Empire lay in ruins so Iswold dispanded it and created The Old Dynasty.

    The Xyanv Conflict

    The Xyanv union attempted to invade Buzhana as they had ocupied one of the Xyanv's decendancies but ultimatly they lost and the Xyanv Union was absorbed by Buzhana.

    Gold Discoverd In Wenstar's Marshes
    Population Migration / Travel

    In the year -5122 gold was discovered in the marshes to the south of Wenstar. Once again mass migration occured to the region as settlers moved south to try their luck diging in the mud for their fortune. Other precious minerals were also discovered in the area leading to further intreast from larger entities such as the Eastern Mining Coorperation which employed over half the settlers in the area. There were several problems with the region though, since not only was it wet ground, unfit for construction, but also there were many native tribes who had migrated to the area after the East Native Purge who now once again found themselves subjected to outside rule. The local tribes distupted inferstucture in the area as much as they could, destroying equipment and raiding camps to try and drive away the new settlers. But this only lead to them being hunted and exterminated at an accelerated pace.

    War of the Four Kingdoms

    In the Trat Plains the four most powerful kingdoms started fighting over the recently reopened western trade route, but they were all stabbed in the back by the smaller kingdoms they had abused for the war effort. The old monarchs were removed and executed, and the leader, Photus created the Traiphotian Allience, which later became the Traiphotian Empire.

    First South War

    Capti was not paying for the use of Buzhana's highways across the Hana desert to transport its gold so Buzhana blocked the transport of gold leading to a rise in tensions and eventually a war in -4791 in which Buzhana captured Capti's port of New Capti and renamed it to Carvuuk. The conflict ended with a peace treaty in -4787.

    The Great South War

    The Emperor of the Dynasty was assasinated and the blame was put onto the Captirian Empire as war was declared. The Dynasty allied with the Buzhanan Empire to win the war. The conflict resolted in the dissolution of the Captirian Empire's power and major land gains for Buzhana. This caused a major change in the political shift in Ecoth and began the Dynasty's rise to power...

    Buzhanan Conflict
    Military action

    After their victory in the Great South War, The Dynasty, lead by Emperor Solvin VI turned on their ally the Buzhanan Empire. The coflict went badly for the Dynasty in the begining as Buzhanan forces pushed to their capital but an unexpected outbreak of Bacuru in -4755 allowed the Dynasty to regroup and puch the Buzhanans back to their capital over the next four years of conflict.

    The Narch Region Gains Independence from Buzhana
    Revolution

    Whilst Buzhana is busy fighting the Dynasty, the people in thier newly aquired teritory from the Great South War revolt. Led by Gairvar Cydos they successfuly create the Cydon Narchate, an independent entity run by the nomadic people of the eastern Narch Region.

    Dynal CIvil War
    Military action

    Emperor Nivshnot VII denounced the Dynasty's state religion of New Dynalism causing a civil war between the Dynalsits in the south and the Loyalists in the north which was won by the Dynalists. Nivshnot was exiled to the island of Volavo in the year -4729.

    The Selutian Revolution
    Revolution

    Selutia was a region of Capti ocupied by the Dynasty at the end of the Great South War. They placed a man called Sarhond to rule over it besides a small Dynal elite. However, during the Dynal Civil War Sarhond used the oppertunity to declare Selutian independence from the Dynasty, creating the Selutian Empire. Unable to reach Selutia and already struggling with their civil war, the Dynasty made no attempt to retake the teritory.

    Dspandment of the Kurth Allience
    Disbandment

    The Kurth Alliance was a strip of kingdoms to the Dynasty's east which acted as a buffer against larger invaders. After the Dynal Civil War (-4735-30), the Kurth Allience was cut off from The Old Dynasty for helping the Loyalists and Nivshnot the Mad. In the year -4724 the Court of Lords, which was ruling the Dynasty at the time, officially dissolved the Kurth Allience. Many kingdoms in the Kurth Allience then went to the Traiphotian Allience (Traiphotian Empire) instead.

    The First Cranic War
    Military: War

    A conflict between the City States of Gartuna and Kakrdon quickly escalated into a war that engulfed the whole Cranic Sea as seperate city stated formed alliences to suite their own interests. The conflict was only stopped by Purrn in -4699 when it enacted the Purrn Laws, rewarding its friends and punishing it enemies. The Purrn Laws gave the city of Purrn complete domination over the Cranic Sea.

    The Second Cranic War

    The Catarnian Empire invaded a teritory occupied by the Sac Norsh, upsetting their ally Purrn. The conflict between the two Cranic powers quickly escalated concluding in the Battle of Balvok Bay where Catarnia was defeated. However both powers suffered from economic ruin after the comflict and began to fade in influance.

    Cytonknic Rising
    Military action

    A rouge member of The Order of Cyconkight called |V| led an army of Cytonknic through the North Dynasty, Nona and the Traiphotian Empire in an attempt to establish teritory for the order. He tried to capture the Traiphotian capital of Traitin but was stopped by a combined force of the Dynasty, Traiphotians and other members of the Order of Cyconkight.

    Confrance of Vlorich and Suhuvan Crisis (Second Border War)
    Gathering / Conference

    With the introduction of Cytonknic through the Cytonknic Rising many major powers were eager to purchace some, such as the Suhuvan Empire. This scared Urt V of the Traiphotian Empire and he urged that a council was called to discus the use of Cytonknic in warfare. The confrance was porosponed after a month as no clear decision could be made, but after Suhuva tried to invade the Traiphotians in the summer of -4639 is was resummoned and decided that Cytonknic should not be used as soldiers in warfare.

    Third Border War

    The Traiphotian Empire attacked the Suhuvan Empire after the events of the Second Border War in -4639 where no treaty or agreement was made to signify the end of the conflict. The Traiphotians won taking a lot of Suhuva's land to its north but failed in their goal to cut the Suhuvan Empire in two at the Aratachu Mountains.

    War of the Triumvirate

    As the Traiphotian Empire fractured, the Suhuvan Empire pushed across the boarder. Both looked to The Old Dynasty for help and the Dynasty agreed that both sides could move troops through its teritory but when both sides engaged on the Dynasty's land and violated the agreement, the Dynasty invaded both empires, completly dissolving the Traiphotian Empire, and reducing the Suhuvan Empire to a puppet. From this point the Dynasty was the largest and unrivaled power in Ecoth.

    Ceretos' Campains In North Cana
    Military action

    Due to increacing defiance from the Dynaty's newly aquired kingdoms in North Cana (Traiphotia) Emperor Nivshnit IV tasked General Ceretos with their surpression. Ceretos led a Dynal Army through the remote terrain of the region with much success, revolutionising the Dynal military structure as he went. His success in this conflict would inpire amny changes in the Dynasty in the years to come.

    Garlacocian Civil War and Collapse
    Disbandment

    As the area around them began to come more and more under the control of the Dynasty, tenssions boiled over in the Garlacocian Empire starting a civil war between the northern kingdoms and sothern city states. The north asked for help from the Dynasty who assisted them in swiftly taking back the south under General Ceretos, but in exchange for the Garlacocian Empire becomming a part of the Dynasty.

    Collapse of the Wenstyri Union
    Military: War

    As the Dynasty continued to expand eastwards, the declining Wenstyri Union had no choice to sell its metals to the eastern kingdoms, prompting a Dynal invasion led by General Gerserous.

    Whilst the initial invasion was unssuccessful, the political instability in the Union allowed a man called Kurserui to overthrow the Styri Council and surender the Union to the Dynasty.

    The Dynasty Invades Capti
    Military action

    By -4465, the Indipendent States of Capti were the only significant area of Ecoth that the Dynasty did not have control over. In the year -4478 Emperor Caswold III inherited the throne. He demanded that Capti surrender to the Dynasty and sent two legions of soldiers south to ensure Capti committed to the Dynasty. Many of Capti's kingdoms surrendered, but those which didn't suffered harshly for it.

    Capti Becomes Semi-Independent from the Dynasty
    Political event

    After the civil war in Capti over the region's loyalties to the Dynasty, the new High Governer manages to get the region the semi-independent status, similar to Buzhana and the Suhuvan Empire

    However this opened the door for other regions to also try and gain semi-independence.

    Eastern Dynal Civil War
    Military: War

    After Capti became semi-independent, the High Governer of Wenstar and the Eatern Provinces also tried to gain semi-independence without success. The Dynal Emperor refused and so the High Governer resisted begining a twenty one year civil war.

    The Dynasty saw initial failure as their ally, Buzhana, backed out of the conflict after the first year. However, by the end they managed to execute the rebellious governer.

    Despite this, the region remained rebellious for decades after and the Dynasty began to fear other revolts from powerful governers.

    The Summer of Revolt
    Civil action

    After the East Dynal Civil War the began imposing harsher taxes and limitations on its governers which were expences ultimatly passed down to the peasents. This accumulated in the summer of -4140 where a series of rebellions and revolts broke out across Dynal teritory. Fearing the governers and lords, the Emperor refused large scale military aid and so in many regions the revolts saw great success.

    Several kingdoms had successful revolutions, and had to be reconquered by the Emperor's legions. Some were never successfully reincorperated back into the Dynasty which is why The Summer of Revolt seen as the first event in the Dynasty's downfall.

    Dundell overthrows the Dynasty

    An armed force of Dundell fighters stormed the Dynal palice in Capswold, capturing and executing its leaders. By -4011 Rezide, next in line to the throne, officially surenedered to The Dundell and fled north with his remaining forces...

    Not seen for decades, The Old Dynasty officers who were cast out into the mountains of the north start to emerge and plan their attack on the Dundell. Lead by a man called Rezide, they take great care to keep knowledge of their existence secret from the Dundell and gather resources by pretending to be bandits attacking trade routes.

    Using the information from Vacanan Representative Joedofe Hundra, The Second Dynasty attacked the Dundell's capital, burning their chambers and brutally hanging their executed bodies as an example for all. Many kingdoms surrendeed instantly as their representatives are executed. Most of the Dynasty's hidden supporters also rose up at this point, allowing them to more easily establish power...

    Second Dynasty Coup
    Revolution

    After Pahloh was lost to the Vacanan Empire, Rezide wanted to negotiate peace. Visko Malow however thought Hundra could not be trusted and would go back on his word. In reality Hundra had no intention of accepting peace anyway. When Malow was dismissed by Rezide he organised a military coup to take control of The Second Dynasty and then declared war on Hundra's empire.

    Second Invasion of Vacana

    Dynal leader Visko Malow gathered a massive army to confrot the Vacanan Empire. The two forces met at Hundra's wall where Hundra used brainwashed Cytonknic women and children as soldiers to weaken The Second Dynasty. Once the Second Dynasty broke through he used a flanking force to cut off their supply chain. Ultimately though Joedofe would call off his forces and surrender to the Second Dynasty as they entered the city.

    Fracturing of the Second Dynasty
    Disbandment

    After The Second Dynasty launched a coup against its Emperor (Rezide) and lost its new leader, General Visko Malow in battle, powerful individuals took the oppertunity to take control of their own sectors, spliting the Second Dynasty into four: The East Dynasty, The West Dynasty, The Third Dynasty and The True Dynasty. This would cause a new era of civil war in Ecoth as these four factions fought for total control.

    The War of the Four Dynasties

    The True Dynasty tried to invade the East, West and Third Dynasties but was pushed back on all fronts. As a new Emperor took power it decided to focus on just the East Dynasty which it took in the year 13. However shortly after in the year 14, a veteran of The Second Dynasty led a Buzhanan army against the True Dynasty, dissolving it and creating the 4th Dynasty in its place. Over the next decades theWestern Dynasty collapsed and the Third Dynasty was renamed leaving the Fourth Dynasty as the only Dynal power.
