Roknar

the Stout Deciever

Roknar is the neutral evil dwarven demigod of lies and intrigue and is an exarch to Abbathor. He is the son of Abbathor, though his mother remains unknown. Roknar furthered Abbathors view on greed, stating that deceit helps to further that cause. As such, Roknar is villified by the rest of the Morndinsamman just as Abbathor is.

Behind Marthammor Duin, Roknar is the second most common choice of worship for dwarven exiles - though remains a distant second.

Personality Characteristics

Motivation

While Roknar has many schemes, he rarely acted in an openly malicious manner to the rest of the Mornindinsamman. His actions were often to negatively effect other pantheons and not on his own. This is seen as the main reason for his continued presence in the dwarven pantheon.

Social

Contacts & Relations

Roknars only dwarven ally was his father, Abbathor, who he sometimes assisted with in scheming. Due to his popularity among exiled dwarfs, Roknars relationship with Marthammor Duin remained ammicable, though neither would ever admit to that.

Roknar openly despised his fathers relationship with Bane .

Religious Views

Roknar has an incredibly small amount of worshipers, and those that do tend to hide their worship unless they live outside of dwarven strongholds. Worship outside of strongholds is often performed by dwarven gangs, who do so along with Abbathor - much like Mya and Berronar Truesilver are held together. These worshipers tend to use the good standing of the dwarven race to their advantage, finding people who think all dwarves to be honoruable and turning it against them.

Membership of his clergy is shown via tattoos of coins on ones hands to represent the Stout Decievers holy symbol.
