Paris
The largest city in all of Atalanta and main hub of all its biggest commerce and industries. Founded almost 6000 years ago by Elven Settlers, Paris along with the Underdark beneath it have developed into metropolitan havens. Depending on who you ask, that is.
Demographics
Paris is a melting pot of different races, but most of its longest-settled, and most powerful, inhabitants are of Elvish and Human origin.
Government
Much like every other city and territory within Atalanta, Paris is run by a Senator, who reports to The Atalantan Senate. But given the cities size, the Senator has designated representatives for several of the different districts and groups in Paris. While they do not have an official name, members of the public call them The Kings of Paris, since many say that they truly run the city.
Defences
The city is lacking defenses in the traditional sense, as it doesn't have things like walls or defense towers, but the Paris Guard, alongside their mechanical aids are diligent in protecting the city both inside and out.
Industry & Trade
Paris is the center of trade within Atalanta, meaning you can find just about anything you're looking for, legally or otherwise. It would pay to be careful though, as The House of Hubris runs the metaphorical Parisian underground. There's also an unprecedented amount of factory and mechanical work within the city, bringing a new era of work into the city.
Infrastructure
Paris was one of the first cities in Edda to have modern plumbing systems, something the city has prized itself on. Along with that, with the aid of De Chance Automotives and Steele Wing Mechanics, the city functions on 48% Electricity from such things as Solar, Water, and Wind power, and 52% on Magical Energy from the Leylines. Additionally, the city utilizes smooth, paved roads for main transport, while still using cobblestone and dirt in some places for side roads and walking paths.

Alongside The Thieves Guild and The House of Hubris, there are organizations for every type of buisness, neighborhood, and cultural group in Paris.
Additionally, Paris is home to The Blue Walls, the 5th Highest Ranked Mercenary Guild in Edda.
Tourism
Paris is a party of high-living and high-arts, if you have the money for it. If you don't, than it's a city of opportunities abound, where new industries and chances are being made on the daily. This, along with the lucrative markets and ideal views, make Paris a hotspot of travel.
Architecture
Paris is a very modern city, with many blocky-stone buildings making up the skyline of the main city. In the richer areas, these are replaced by triangular and dramatically built buildings.
Geography
Paris is built on a tilted land, where the western half of the city is built on an ascending hill, while the eastern half slowly declines into the Underdark, and the north has a couple high hills.
