Cylwald
Cylwald is not unlike many other towns in the Free Expanse, it has farmers and craftsmen and festivals. Though it is marked by one singular peculiarity. Everyone living there is a devout follower of the Shining Path. The Shining path believes in one thing: That their Lord, a mysterious pan-planar being that controls all and sees all provides for them if they work hard and always be happy and kind to each other. Members are strongly encouraged to smile at all time else they might delay their Lord's return. To outsiders this may seem 'creepy', but everyone there is actually quite happy with their path in life and does not feel oppressed. Some leave, but only those who cannot take the stress of being under the Lord's watchful eye and remain happy while doing it. Their laws also allow for no formalized relationships, so the love flows freely about the town. This has resulted in a startlingly high quantity of children.
