Celadhor's Spire

Celadhor's Spire is an ancient mage tower built into the side of a desolate mountain overlooking Avenmasse. It's construction predates the Grande Duchy by several centuries and the settlement of Avenmasse itself by even more. It is the oldest mage tower in Orlia and also the grandest, though the tower in Avissy is much newer and 'nicer'. The Circle of 12 Seals maintains ownership of the tower and from it oversees all of the apothecariums of Orlia. Celadhor's is also takes the lead in recruiting and training new apprentices for the Circle in the Grande Duchy. The leader of the spire is Grande Magister Panavyn Billowdust and his second is Magister Dust of Chalk.
