The Blade and the Bulette
The Tavern's Tale
The Blade and Bulette is owned by a divorced woman, Bite Marks, and her female friend, Little Mask, both of whom are tabaxi. Before owning the tavern, one of the owners trained to become a crafter of some sort, while the other yearned for a life of adventure, but wasn't cut out for it. The inspiration for the tavern's name was a story from the owner's past. It is a tavern of modest quality, and its main draw is the statue of its namesake out front. The Bartender
The bartender at The Blade and Bulette is a weathered female tiefling named Recovery, who is possessed of a motherly beauty. She is often awfully affable in disposition. Her skin is a purplish color, and she has bull-like horns. She has grey hair, worn in a tight bun style. Physically, she is considerably athletic. The Clientele
On a typical night, the clientele at The Blade and Bulette can be described as unusually loud. On this occasion, there are several other people currently in the tavern. A few of the patrons are arguing over how to split the bill. Leaning against the far wall, there is a nervous looking gentleman. The Accommodations
The rooms for rent at The Blade and Bulette are profoundly large and clean. There are currently three rooms available for rent. The cost for a night's stay is 8 sp, 1 cp. If the party spends the night in the tavern, roars/howls and the rattle of chains can be heard faintly coming from below the tavern. The Food & Drink
