The Proprietor
Fogbeak is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction when it becomes 'too much'. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail. He says that he travels extensively to acquire the rare goods that he sells, yet is seemingly never missing from the shop that he so dearly loves.

The Apothecary
Dark and lean, Poxim Palestitch is a horrifying little monster of a gnome. Clothed in straps of leather that barely cover his heavily tattooed and scarified skin, Poxim wears an apothecary's apron loosely cinched around his waist. A glowing green monocle seems permanently affixed over his left eye. His left arm is a blighted blue, taken from some unidentifiable creature, and his feet both end in sahuagin-esque flippers.
While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.
He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A gifted student he started as a scribe to some famous Circle mage, but he got bored and became a apothecary instead. He has no qualms about sabotaging the apothecarium competition in Avenmasse when he has to.
