Cult of Rail
The Cult of Rail was founded by Rail Mozer and his friends. Rail was a disillusioned youth from a wealthy family on the brink of ruin. He met many other young people from wealthy families at the A'kor Academy and had finally found some happiness and friends with similar mindsets. When his Father's failed business decisions were going to remove him from the only place he felt happy he gathered his closest friends to the Mozer Estate for one last summer before he told them he wouldn't be returning. They stumbled upon the Alveran underground city in stasis and Laedo, The Mad God of Magic seeing him as a worthy vessel called him. The artifacts from the Alveran city that Laedo gave to Rail gave him power and knowledge. Rail swore vengeance on the Huer Empire, that was actually the Pale Dawn , and his father for failing him. The other idealist and disillusioned students fell in with Rail and his goal of freeing Brom from the stranglehold of the Huer and creating strength so it could never happen again. One of the students was chosen by Spline God of Machination and tinkering, who was allied with Laedo, to become his High Priest. The students spent the remainder of the summer learning, growing, and experimenting. When the summer came to a close the students returned to the Academy to find more recruits then scattered across Brom to further Rail's plans.
With the magical knowledge of Laedo and the mechanical knowledge of Spline there were few things that were beyond the capabilities of the Cult. In the pursuit of their ultimate goal, they committed many an atrocity across Brom.
