Ell-Acausect
"Within the heart of the empire lies Ell-Acausect, The Jewel of the Empire. Filled with breathtaking architecture, grand plazas, thriving markets, and diverse districts, it is indeed a Jewel. The Expedition was given a tour of its Bright Sanctuary and the Ivory Veil and dined with the Emperor and Archbishop. The city itself is a testament to the Church of the Empire and how the Saints' banished the shadow. I wonder if the shadow remains just different and hidden. "Finare Runelenrin The Huer Expedition
Capital of the Huer Empire
A New Bright City
As the Huer Empire solidified itself Ophin Maltanthir decreed a new city be constructed. A new capital for a new empire, throwing off the shadows and tainted halls of the Lords of Shadow was to be constructed in central Huer on the Aetherius River. The finest city planners and merchants were called to the place. With their help, the Saints designed what was called Bright Star. A symbol of their new freedom and the power of Ziztar. With the abundance of labor, the city seemed to simply appear.Organized by Prominence
As the streets, walls, temple, and palace grew there were areas of the city that were assigned to the Huer Barons. These became the districts of the Capital and each one was a symbol of what that district brought to the Empire. Each one attempted to outdo the other to gain favor and prominence within the Empire. The districts of the city grew as fast as the Palace, subsidized by each of the Baron's pride. As the Empire grew in response to the Crusade the city expanded adding more districts and Barons.Completed Dedication
When the Palace, Ivory Veil and the Temple, Bright Sanctuary and defenses were completed, Emperor Ophin Maltanthir dedicated the city to Ziztarr and named it Ell-Acausect. During the ensuing year of celebration, the rule of the Huer Empire moved to its new Bright Capitol.

Ahoy! It seems that this capital has represents quite the turning point for the people in the empire. I wonder what the conditions were like when trying to build this capital, and how they managed to construct it. It must have taken quite the effort! I think this article is a great entry to the Summercamp, and it might be a fun one for you to expand after Summercamp too!
Thanks for the support. I'll definitely be expanding on this in the future, thanks for the ideas.
