Adurien

(a.k.a. The Philosopher)

Adurien was a notable Simra, the firstborn son of Miranelle, Lady of the Stars. His name comes from an ancient Elvish word meaning "truth," of which he was a steadfast defender. He focused on moral truths which were either self-evident or directly revealed by Evendur, and spent most of his days reading, writing, and meditating. Most of the tomes he produced are today housed in the archives of the Gelderell temple to Miranelle.
He resided atop Mount Di'una, until his sister Valedith discovered the mountain which today is known as Allor Cella, and he and his siblings all moved to a small house they built there, which today has grown into the great city of Geldereth.
Adurien married late in his life, but his wife tragically died after only a few decades of marriage, before they had had any children. His siblings, but especially his brother Cadain, helped him heal after this.
