Death of the Meydra

The Death of the Meydra was the era-defining event wherein Evendur called all the spirits of the Meydra to leave their bodies and come to the Beyond. This marked the end of the Age of the Meydra and the beginning of the Era of Cloud.
Many stories and legends are told of the circumstances surrounding the deaths of specific Meydra. Many, such as Elairus and Rōz-El, were discovered dead after they had not been heard from for an irregular amount of time, as they had been living among humanoids. A few, Lomé and Ramari, had already been sleeping for a long time due to other circumstances. The locations of a great many at the exact time of their deaths was and is unknown.
Even after their deaths, the Meydra still have the ability to influence the Material Plane and even others, pulling on the strands of creation and intervening for their followers.
