Visenya Bramblecrown
Visenya Bramblecrown was a Jeltiri adventurer and noble. Raised by a poor single mother in Findrick, she saw her mother struggle to make ends meet for her and left to try to take care of herself and find some fortune at the age of 15. She worked odd jobs and traveled for several years but did not save much money.
She married at 19 to a poor baker of Hemejdd named Walron, who came traveling with her before quickly finding success in Larnwick and setting up a small bakery there, helped by Visenya. She discovered a magic guild in the city and began learning various tricks which helped her get her first adventuring contract. Later that year, she helped the dragonborn druidic circle Hesogeaxivza recover an ancient artifact that had been stolen by bandits, earning her the honorary nickname Bramblecrown, which she used as a surname for the rest of her life. One of the druids, called Hesogeaxivza Varis, became her adventuring companion for some years afterwards.
They gained fame for their work in the employ of Larnwick's military, dealing with localized threats to the city, mostly from outside its walls. During this time they gained a third adventuring companion, the dwarven ranger Dirkin Odrit.
After a long and remunerative campaign whose conclusion claimed Varis's life, Dirkin went his own way, and Visenya retired in Larnwick, at last settling down at the age of 27, purchasing an estate into which Walron moved immediately. Three years later, their first son, Idris, was born, followed by his brothers Alaric and Ganrin, in 967 and 970, respectively.
Walron passed away in 990, and Idris married Lady Rosalind Corvyre and became lord of Larnwick in 1002. Visenya herself passed away in 1006.
