Episode 81

General Summary

• Kenshin heads to Hammer & Rune to get the Adamantine Plate enhanced, they ask him to collect it in 7 days
• Atlas begins working on the creation of a few Magic Items
• As the sun sets, Godric's dinner guests begin to arrive, starting with Coda and Nera and the caterers
• The catering is being provided by a company called Devilish Delights, who are owned by a woman called Lyrene Tryst
• The rest of the guests arrive, and enjoy a unique dining experience
• Godric interrogates his guests with pre-prepared questions, asking several questions that perhaps should not have been asked amongst present company
• Natalie Rachel reveals that her grandfather was from Colere, and she is quite knowledgeable about the country
• Nera asks Eva if she would be interested in a collaboration with her clothing store
• Coda recalls a few stories from the College, which prompts a question about Eva's time there
• Some red flags are raised by the caterers, as Lyrene has unusual yellow/gold eyes, and one of the caterers is visibly nervous - nevertheless, the food is delicious and nothing untoward occurs...
• Until dessert when everyone except Veda starts acting a little odd
• Veda sees Lyrene spying on the group, and goes to question her
• Apparently Lyrene had acquired a Philter of Love, which she had planned to slip into Godric's meal. Unfortunately, one of her staff had thought the potion was an ingredient for everyone's meal, and so accidentally subjected the whole group to the Love Potion
• Lyrene apparently has a thing for tieflings, and after meeting Godric some time ago, was hoping to continue something they once shared
• Veda dismisses the caterers, and returns to an hour of flirting and very awkward conversation
• As the party wraps up, everybody heads for home and a good night's sleep
• Before heading to bed, Eva makes contact with a bat, telling the tiny creature that food is coming. The bat seems to understand and flies off
• The following morning, the party meet up once more and discuss their next course of action
• It is decided that the party will recover The Unbreakable Chain from Bounty Mine, before trying to help Godric with his anger issues
