Ely Lunam
Ely Lunam was a bard for the Royal Courts of Kureta City. He was known for his soft and smooth voice, which could fill a ballroom. Ballrooms that would often fall silent when he sung.
Ely met Veda whilst working the bard circuit, and the two eventually fell in love and got married. They had a son, Téo, who helped to solidify their family.
Ely's life was turned upside down when Nakaban mercenaries attempted to kidnap Téo. The intruders were fought off with the help of Veda's father, Coda, but the threat to the child remained. Ely took Téo away into hiding, leaving Veda behind to investigate the danger.
Unbeknownst to anyone, Ely's angelic protector, Avacyn, Angel of Hope, took the Aasimar and the child away to the safety of the heavens. This action broke the laws of the angels however, and when discovered, resulted in both Avacyn and Ely being expelled back to the material plane. The child, now somewhat older, has been kept in the heavens for everyone's safety.
Ely now resides in his family home, where he is hoping to help Veda resolve this whole mess anyway he can.
