Reggie

"Reggie" (real name unknown) is a silver-scaled Dragonborn who serves as Rosie Miz's retainer. He oversaw the sale of the Water Dragon Tavern to Eva Monroe after Rosie Miz fled the capital.
Reggie is a well-spoken, pipe-smoking fellow who despite his uncommon appearance, comes across as very cultured and civilised.
