Knight-Captain Charles Penrose is the head of the Shards, the heart of all clandestine operations within the Little Warriors Adventurers Guild. He originates from the world of Kosinost, and his services are on loan from the Blue Man. His office is the third on the right from the Tavern, and can be easily identified from the low-slung stone table built for halfling height. His son, Jaspier Penrose, is apprenticed to Damien Ironbrand. His wife, Rose, lives under guild protection in the hall. His sister Narlene and brother in-law Prius Tanner currently serve with Breac Sunfist.
