House Brightwing, Castellans of the Scarlet Bluffs

Situated along the northern bank of one of the River Rushing's distributaries, the Scarlet Bluffs mark the transition from the dense jungle to the tropical grasslands. The distributary meanders through the heart of the Scarlet Bluffs, carving a deep canyon into the land as it approaches the sea. The riverbanks are adorned with a lush jungle teeming with diverse flora and fauna, an ecosystem that thrives under the embrace of the river's waters. However, on the northern bank, the jungle gradually thins, giving way to a vast expanse of tropical grasslands. Scattered across this landscape are additional buttes and mesas, silent sentinels that rise majestically towards the heavens. The scarlet macaws of House Brightwing, a vassal house to the Sunspears, have taken advantage of these unique geographical features. They have established communication relay stations atop the buttes and mesas, creating a network that spans the Scarlet Bluffs and beyond. These relay stations serve as vital nodes for the transmission of messages, ensuring swift and reliable communication across the region.
