Arbiter

The title "Arbiter" or "The Arbiter" is granted by The Titania to those who demonstrate exceptional abilities to guide their peers. They are refered to as peace keepers who judicate on minor matters that are too small to take up Titania's time. The title is granted by a Titania and held until retirement. They are lead by the Grand Arbiter, who is considered to be the most honorable and fair of the arbiters.

Qualifications

Demonstrates unbias judication, demonstrates the ability to educate and guide others on the law and civility, willingness to lead and educate the people

Appointment

An Arbiter is nominated by their community and appointed by Titania. Every six months, Titania reviews reccomendations and applications before making a decision on who to appoint or not to appoint.

Duties

Enforce the laws of the community, educate lawbreakers, rehabilitate lawbreakers, resolve minor conflicts, keep the peace in their community

Accoutrements & Equipment

Equipment is provided by The Oberon; Armor, weapons, tools and supplies (handcuffs, materials for education, etc)

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

If an arbiter is discovered to be corrupt or not meet the standard of their duties, they are removed from office by the Titania.
