Laverne

Though this city is rather far from the Elladonian mainlands, it is still under Arcanian control. It is a harbor town where expeditions are made to the other continents. As Elladonia also have good connections with the Wood Elves and the Dwarves, they see this as a good middle ground for all the countries and folk from many different races can be met here.
Since Theria has little interest in leaving Strathos, and also have very many harbor cities of their own, they have had very little interest in this bit of land.
