Minyard (Min - yerd)

Minyard is a medium sized mining town located within the Hazy Hills.
It is right at the heart of the Carillon Isle. 
Its location provides a many hills to mine as well as a strategic location for travelers to stop and rest. 
Minyard was founded by the Chairman of the SmOres Mining Company, Cole Smores, as a means of being closer to the source of the raw materials which is then sold and/or traded to the nearest towns of Labrie and Quail Hollow.

Government

They have adopted the rules of the Union even though the chairman has the final say.

Defences

The Chairman has hired a few mercenaries to protect the precious ores as well as himself.
