Alfredo southeast bedroom
Purpose / Function
Big Lui has always had the smallest of the three bedrooms. He likes that it is closest to the new washroom.
Entries
A door from the hallway swings into Big Lui's room at the center of his west wall, almost exactly opposite the doorway to the washroom. If Big Lui is not currently in his bedroom, this door is open and the window near his bed in the east wall has its curtains open to let in as much light as possible.
(Big Lui went through a long childhood phase of imagining bandits behind every shadow. He makes certain that he can see the biggest hiding spots before he steps into any room.)
Another door in the eastern edge of the north wall gives access to Big Lui's large room. The door swings inward as it opens, and might bump the east wall if opened too far. This door is usually kept closed, and may be locked.
Contents & Furnishings
In his small, cozy bedroom, Big Lui has a king-sized bed, a small dresser with mirror, a wardrobe, a chair and a side table. He almost always has an extra empty glass tumbler on his side table. When he was a boy, he learned that he could press it against a certain spot on his floor between the bed and the window, put his ear to the glass, and make out most of what adults might be saying in the dining room below.
