25 Meloragift, 4520: A Bowshot from Glade's Folly

We wake in the morning after a long rest, and head downstairs for some breakfast. We have a chat over breakfast and then get ourselves ready to go. We get the horses checked over at the farrier nearby and then head out to Oxenhalt. During the ride I have a chat with Lukas about the amulet I have purchased and how it is making me feel. He talks to me about being part of a bigger picture. Dharra takes a look at the amulet as well. Lukas mentions that maybe I am part of a new group - an eight pointed group, and mentions Corellon to me. I might visit the temple in Oxenhalt to investigate this further.

After some time we notice some fallen trees up ahead. I scout ahead and see a number of people behind the blockage and in the treeline. There is what appears to be a leader on this side of the blockage with a bandolier of daggers and a sword. I relay this to Dharra and Lukas and they move up and we decide to try negotiation - Lukas and Dharra will do the talking whilst I have my bow trained on the main guy. Negotiations fail so we kill the leader and manage to persuade the rest to stand down. We also convince three younger folk, Tali, Kade and June, to come back to Belhaim with us. We retrieve the horses make good time back toward Oxenhalt.
After some time we breech a rise and see the city in the distance. It is getting on toward darkness but the lights appear welcoming. We ride up to the gate and call up to the guards. We are greeted by Jana - she opens the gate and we re-enter Oxenhalt.
