Mirellia, The Eternal Duchess
Duchess Mirellia (a.k.a. Mirella)
Little is known of Mirellia outside of the Duchy of Mirellion, it being a relatively secluded and private nation south of Foresthome. However, there it is known she is known as The Eternal Duchess due to her extraordinary lifespan. It is also known that she studied as an Apprentice of Glade before moving on and embarking on her own adventures. It is said that she travelled widely, including a foray into The Unclaimed Lands with a small group of adventurers. It is said they fought the Dragon Lapidra, Storm's Wrath there. Some say with great losses and that Mirellia made her way into the south thereafter. Eventually founding Mirellia in some relatively wild lands nestled between the Earthspine Mountains, Foresthome and the great southern sea.
There Mirellia still rules Mirellion and tries to encourage use of Magic and Divine powers for the benefit of all her subjects. She seems to take a specific interest in young women with untapped potential or who may otherwise be underestimated. Perhaps a reflection of her past.
It appears that Mirellia's primary ambassador to the rest of the Khurabil territory is Isadora Giordano who travels with a small group of very capable and mostly quite striking assistants under normal circumstances. Mirellia has also also dispatched Aleesia Dawnseeker to investigate and negotiate on her behalf where Isadora is otherwise occupied.
