Updates and the waystation

Expedition

Dharra Boulderfoot and Arkomir Phinan go shopping for some new equipment and meet some local Dwarves. They also meet with Esward Moulton, Westley Frenymtist, and Alden Dewfoot . They relate what they found and achieved the previous day and talk about how Belhaim is going and how it will be effected by recent events.

Kezahr presents a little more research and gifts the pair with a Superior Healing potion.

Fafnir follows them out of town for a while.

After some travel they come to the strange door they had found previously. After some prayer while touching the door they manage to open the door. Inside they find a small area obviously used as a waypoint of refuge. There are the remains of some alcoves to sleep in, some arrows, cooking equipment, a firepit with a magical firelighter, and an area on the wall where notes had been made. The last remaining note being "Bella". One of the sleeping alcoves seems to almost be consecrated, or considered holy in some way.

Arkomir goes out and hunts a rabbit and encounters a bear. He survives and harvests the skin and some meat.

The party sleeps, though Arkomir feels the edges of worrying dreams, he wakes to discover some spiders have come out of a crack in the wall and are about to start eating Dharra. A tense fight ensued.

When he wakes, Arkomir has some additional temporary hitpoints.
