Leonin
Where the Tabaxi are catfolk, the Leonin are lionfolk with muscular jaws, claws, resplendent golden manes, and are far more ferocious in appearance than their distant cousins.
Basic Information
Anatomy
Unlike tabaxi that resemble cats, Leonin are definitively lions. Leonin are muscular, covered in fur, stand 6 to 7 feet tall, weigh 250 to 400lbs have feline tails, and their heads look identical to those of lions. The most common fur colors are tawny or golden fur, and rarely they have dark brown, black, or even white fur. In many cases Leonin manes are the same color as their fur, but there are uncommon cases of their manes being different colors.
Most Leonin cut an imposing picture with broad and muscular physiques, and much like a lion they have claws although they are rarely used in combat.

Leonin mature and age at about the same rate as humans with similar lifespans.

Geographic Origin and Distribution
Namely found in the eastern portion of the Lamina Kingdom. Some wandering prides have been spotted in Chandria and Varanasi Lands
