Zenchizennou '全智全能'

The Zenchizennou has always been a former Primordial dating from the First Period  , awakened by successors of the first Sei Taishogun, Tsukimoto Inukichi, the first human to reactivate one of these giant creatures.
Any Prodigal successfully awakened can pretend to the title and it is possible to appoint multiple Zenchizennou if more than one are functioning.
It's therefore an hereditary title that persists even after one has reached the end of its functioning. Following the "death" of a Zenchizennou, an official and formal ceremony is held by the current Shogun to guide the spirit of the deceased to reincarnation in peace.
The status holders mainly act as "chief priests", historically kept away from human matters that are handled by the Shogun and other court nobles.
On occasions, the Zenchizennou will teach divine knowledge to the Shogun, Haijo priests, as well as the Migi-e Shogun and Hidari-e Shogun if a Keishi hasn't been designed yet, if it is the case, only the Shogun, Haijo priests and Keishi are allowed to be present. Haijo apprentices and other children of the Shogun are sometimes permitted to attend.
