A prominent member of the Boar Clan and niece of William Blackshire, she is Williams representative when it comes to political matters. A skilled courtier, Nicole oversees the meetings and agreements between the Boar and the other clans. Although still young, her ability to sense the intentions of others serves her well when it comes to diplomacy and intrigue.
After her uncle went missing and her aunt, Catherine, took over as head of the clan, she was the first to suspect something was wrong. Although she brought her concerns to her brother, Edward, he dismissed them as a product of her distress over William's disappearance. Catherine, understanding the danger Nicole posed to her coup, had her captured. She was mentally and sexually abused in an experiment to turn her into a mindless slave to use as a spy in other regions. It was only with the intervention of the Crawfish Clan that Catherine was found out, William recovered, and Nicole was rescued.
