Drixinae

Drixinae are shape-changers able to shift from human to a dragon form. They are rather rare and are not a were-creature as they are born with the ability and its not a curse/blessing by the typical rout. Usually they come from a long line of such shifters with the first having been the child of a Dragon hearted individual that is blessed by another dragon at birth.
However most of this is viewed as rumor.
