Halitus: The Realm of Elementals
Halitus is the Realm of Elemental existence.
Very little is understood about Halitus, other than it caused the Primordial Blessing when it orbited close to Terranus - The Prime Material PLane in a Singularity Equinox .
The Academies have surmised that it is the plane from which the natural laws of the elements extend into the rest of the cosmological interface, it could be seen as a sort of foundational plane or origin point for elemental magic of the Third Division (see The Magical Triad ) , natural phenomena and the laws of the natural world.
Halitus has been imagined as a vast, ethereal expanse where the elemental forces of fire, water, air, and earth are constantly in flux and interplay. Other theories suggest that the plane is divided into regions or domains, each corresponding to one of the four elements, with unique qualities and characteristics.
In the domain of fire, for example, one might encounter searing flames and rivers of molten lava, while in the domain of water, there could be vast oceans and swirling currents. The domain of air might be filled with gusting winds and storms, while the domain of earth might feature towering mountains and deep chasms.
It is not known if Halitus is inhabited. It if is, the academies suggest one might encounter elemental beings and spirits, ranging from small sprites and elementals to powerful lords of the elements. These entities would be intimately connected to the elements of their domain and would wield tremendous power over them.
Overall, the plane of Halitus could be seen as a mystical and elemental realm that forms the basis for the laws of nature in the wider cosmological interface.
