Citara

Citara is the owner and tavern master of the Splashing Dolphin in Artulon.
She is a happy person and loves to brag about her five children and twelve grandchildren. But, she is just as happy to hear about news from around the world or stories from her patrons. She will often shed a tear at tragic stories and events but does her best to replace the sorrow with hope and joy. She has turned the day-to-day management of the tavern and inn over to her son Ishkin and his wife Maybelle 'May' leaving her time to carouse and chat with visitors. Ishkin and May are both too busy to stop and talk but are pretty good at keeping things running.
