Splashing Dolphin

The Splashing Dolphin is the only inn in Artulon. It has a small bar area, a handful of small rooms, and one large common room for guests to stay in. The costs are usually 1gp for a room and 5sp for a spot in the common room, and 3sp per meal. When the Festival of Convocation is going on the common room costs 20gp per night, the small rooms for 100gp per night, and a meal costs 10gp. During this time, the tavern staff will hang canvas over the streets around it and set out tables during the day and cots at night (1gp).
