Aien Paleth

Aien is a half elf who lives in the Temple District and works at Temple of Ihein. He is friendly and outgoing, but also very dedicated to becoming the best healer than he can. He came to be a healer later in life than most, starting with a close brush with death. He was able to be saved by a healer and cleric of Ihein, but there were not enough healers present to save everyone. They had to make a choice, and they knew he was more likely to survive his injuries. As soon as he began recovering, he devoted himself to becoming that other healer, so that next time the will not need to make a decision about who to save. He has responded by putting most of his own life on hold, spending as much time and energy at the temple as possible.
