Ascal Shafiel
Ascal is an elf who worked in the Fishing District as a sailor on a ship. One day he was delivering a special order to the Merchant District where he met Enota Adran and fell in love. The two of them were soon married and before long Enota was pregnant with their first child. Ascal was worried about if they would have enough money to support their child, he did not want the baby to go through the same hardships in life that he had. He took a more dangerous job on a whaling ship, planning on going out only a few times in order to build up a savings and then return to his safer work. Ascal was killed in an accident at seat on the first trip, never getting to meet his first child.
