Scarlet Kantor

Scarlet Kantor is the human Councilor for the Entertainment District. As the only woman on the council, she feels that her voice is often overlooked. She isnt sure if this is because she is a woman or because the Entertainment District has historically always been ignored. When she does decide to make her voice heard she tends to be fiery and dramatic to ensure that everyone is paying attention. She will fight for the Entertainment District to the end, even the less savory aspects of it.
