Temple of Oceana

The Temple of Oceana, dedicated to the regional god Oceana, is one of the few temples located outside of the Temple District. It is located at the edge of the Shipping District near where it meets the Fishing District . The Temple of Oceana's top level is flush with the docks, but it has a lower level that goes out into the bay and is inaccessible during high tide.
