Labés Market Ward
The Labés Market Ward is located within Labés City on Kutloc. It is located to the South-West of the central square.
It should be a busy outdoor market as it was originally designed to be - however it has become an inside market (a similiar smaller one is within the Scepter Village ).
The presence of the Night Knives branch of The Thieves Guild is highest within this part of The City.
It is an internal market stall of 3 buildings connected by enclosed alleyways - each of the first two buildings has eight shops inside. The third building has The slavery market, a small bar, and 3 shops.
The items are made elsewhere in the city (or certain items imported - if they can find someone willing to travel into Labés City.
MANAGER: Xuvas Broadfist, male Goliath - bad with counting, but good at intimidation.
TELLER:
Wistari Ralothana, Elf female, Very penny-pinching in own life, and at bank. Loves numbers not people. Scaried of Xuras - so does not 'take' from bank.
Run by two Elves :-
MILT = Wild-elf ancestory - dark green eyes and wild hair. Always bare foot. Wears leaf patterned waistcoat without shirt.
ILLIE = Moon Elf ancestory - pale moon-white skin, white hair, and bronze eyes. Tall (7 feet). Wears lacey bright blue, gold and lilac shift.
Sytrud Flaskbeard; male Dwarf. Neutral. Has nasty scar across right eye which has been removed and sewn closed. Has a special monocle.
BAKER: Fianna: Female purple Tiefling , Neutral. Fianna is short, with blue skin, blonde hair and gray eyes. (Her family were Wild Elves). She wears simple clothing and a yellow cloak. Fianna is known for her pixie rolls.
Rohanii Stompfoot, Goliath-Elf female - has no interest in the facts. Lives in denial of reality in the worlds of the stories she reads.
Shopkeeper: Vank, Bugbear male.
Fortune Teller: Salvotore Christanti, male Half-Elf. Evil. Easily offended by comments of his gender not the usual for being fortune tellers - barefoot, wears long navy trousers covered in stars with chain mail under green shirt (has been stabbed in past). Skinny body, bald head, with a thin handlebar moustache.
Messba: Female Goliath/Dwarf Slaver, Evil. Messba has red hair and blue eyes, and prominent ears. She wears worn clothing and a bronze amulet. Messba deals in minotaur slaves, but guarantees their obedience.
Bartender: Navon Bome (Human) burly and grumpy.
Musician: Comi: Male Black Dragonborn (ACID) Entertainer, Neutral. He is a slave - wears a special decorative piece over snout to stop him using his breath weapon. Comi has sad, dark amber eyes. He wears modest navy garments and a black dragonscale cloak. Comi is known as the best lutest and for humming talent, in Labés City.
Umurn Heth (Half-Orc) - tries to smile at customers, but it is a terrible smile.
Tattooist: "Rusty" Robur Rustinnal, male Halfling-Elf. Has steady hand and good vision. Has stool for the bigger people - like Goliaths and Half-Orcs.
Smith: Cerise , Wood Genasi, looks like s a deep reddish pink wood, has petals instead of hair. Surprising strong and skilled at shaping metals. Creator of spears made with Starfish Bane .
Madame: Brontas Siltras - Half-Elf. Member of the the Night Knives branch of The Thieves Guild.
