Odemis
Prince Odemis/Oxses/Dydos/Izlo (a.k.a. Lord of the sky)
Odemis, called Oxses by the Yiru, Dydos by the Dragons and Izlo by the Naria, is a god in the Araic Pantheon. He is the god of the magic, mountains and sky. He is the creator and god of the moon Saca in most traditions. In all known cultures, Odemis is the husband of Nudur and the father of Trisam- the god of animals, Ostis- god of the hearth and Datix- goddess of children.
Odemis helped create the Cloud Bracelet, a magical artifact gifted to the ruler of the sky riders. The god also referred to as the father of magic. Most mages claim to go to Moon Snow- the realm of Odemis- when they die.
In Perite and Grina, Odemis is known as Izlo, and he has the power of storms attributed to him. He is said to have gifted the Naria with the knowledge of the weather cycles and riders the knowledge of flying dragons. In the fourth era, Izlo is one of the only gods that has kept his original name in these provinces.
In Rosil, Odemis is known as Oxses. The Yiru people say he is the most powerful child of Lorh and Simar. As they see the moons as the most important parts of their society, as they are nocturnal creatures, Oxses is their patriarch. In this tradition, he is also the father of Kades the god of fortune. He is most loved by the Myba Clan, who follow the moon Saca's cycles.
The Dragon version of Odemis is called Dydos, meaning Father, he is said to have blessed the first dragons with the ability to fly. As stated above Dydos also created the Cloud Bracelet as a gift for the dragon riders, he is said to be the one who created the first Dragon Mark to identify the riders.

Divine Symbols & Sigils
His main symbol is hawks, these birds are called the kings of the sky and represent freedom. Other birds like eagles and the huge Isesin or Sky Tigers have also been shown in relation to Odemis. His main sacred plant is Asphodel, which is sometimes called the flower of life, is thought to represent his union to Nudur- the goddess of life.
