Buxenus
Although similar to the first layer, Abellio, with its orderly plains dotted with mountains, hills, forests, lakes and streams, Buxenus is also a highly organized war camp, training site and mustering ground for armies bent on reconquering Nemausus.
The training grounds are run by the Harmonium. Besides mustering forces to recover Nemausus from Utopia, their secondary goal is to convert creatures of chaotic tendencies into their vision of the harmonious nature of the plane itself. By doing so forcefully, the Harmonium's success rate is very low, to the point that many of the captured creatures perish. This persistent harmful effect of the training camps slowly permeate into the plane itself, gradually shifting its identity towards neutrality. Unwittingly, the Harmonium's efforts are helping to destroy the second layer of the plane instead of recovering the already lost third layer.

Notable Locations
- Field of Reeds, shared realm of the Pharaonic Pantheon. It’s a divine replica of the Iteru River Valley, on Etacre, save that the seasons and floods are perfect in their cycles.
- Melodia, the hometown of the Harmonium, a faction of individuals from another Material plane that serve as the police force of Sigil.
