El'Keleth

The one major settlement not under the control of Gloomwrought's law is the Shadar-Kai town of El’Keleth. Scattered along the edge of a river to the south, El’Keleth is very a very disjoined community, it does not have a central district like most towns. The population here are a mix between descendants of the exiled and elves drawn into the Shadowfell wishing to serve The Raven Queen. While most of the inhabitants of El’Keleth are Shadar-Kai elves, there are some members of the other races drawn to her who inhabit the town. It is rumoured that El’Keleth has existed for hundreds or even thousands of years before the boats even landed on the shores of Eternium.
