Queen of Air and Darkness
Queen (a.k.a. Queen Mab)
Known to be one of the most powerful Archfey to rule within the Feywild, she reigns supreme over both the Unseelie Court and The Winter Court.
At one time she was the sweet, kindly younger sister of Queen Titania, a loyal member of the Seelie Court and a faithful guardian of The Feywild, however this changed over time with little warning, after she accepted a gift which had been intended for her sister.
The Queen of Air and Darkness is as powerful as her sister and they often come to blows via their followers, wars have been fought over their desire to rule the land, the worst of which became known as the Catacylsm.
She goes by another name to those loyal to her, who name her as Queen Mab of the Unseelie Court. She is known to have a single child, her first born son, Prince Mordred, and a lone grandson who defected to the Seelie Court during the Cataclysm.
The Queen of Air and Darkness has many enemies to her name, none more so than Queen Titania and the Seldarine. To the Seldarine, Queen Mab personified the corruption that could grow even in those of Fey lineage.

Physical Description
Body Features
The Queen of Air and Darkness has no physical form anymore, her presence is predominantly a feeling among the Unseelie Court.
If one were to use magic to attempt to see her, however, she would appear as a beautiful but terrible female faerie with angular features, bone-whine skin, all black eyes and long black hair.

Personal history
At one time the Fey who became the Queen of Air and Darkness was a sweet, gentle and kind Fey, younger sister to the Summer Queen and loving of her sibling. Everything changed after a gift was brought to the Seelie Court for Titania, which Mab accepted in her place.
This gift, a beautiful ten-faceted black diamond which had been found while mining, corrupted her, transformed her nature until she was changed forever.
Upon the moment of her transformation, she took the diamond and many other magical treasures of the Seelie Court, and left in a chariot of smoke and fire that was said to have appeared in the sky. Sometime later she reemerged in the Northern isle of the Feywild, where the land was covered in ice and snow and treacherous mountains. She had made a new home for herself, a new Court for herself and she began to covet Fey of a darker nature to her side, eventually creating the Unseelie Court.
