Stratis Empire

The Stratis Empire consists of nearly the entirety of the Jognian continent and covers a wide topography. 
The Church of Down and its clerics are considered enemies of the Empire.

Culture

The Stratis Empire believes in Human and Dwarven Superiority, treating Elves and Halflings as second-class citizens. Half-Elves are jailed for being crossbreeds.

History

The Stratis Tribe was a tribe of nomads in the Stratis Desert of Jogn before eventually conquering other tribes and the city-states in Jogn in the wake of the Downquake. General Stark of Stratis, upon the fall of the city of Ballybel in the East, named himself the first Stratis Empire in 78 CE.

Divine Origins

The Imperial Office Asserts the validity of the Rose Pantheon, but refer to the story of the Rose Genesis, where Elf founded Elfkind before Humankind and Dwarvenkind as a sign that Elves are substandard beings. Halflings too are considered substandard for defending Elves against the Human Wrath.
