Dark Amulet
After the ice of the eastern region was gone, Narmiraen sent Satyrs to grow plants in the area. Seven fairies went there, including Drauvys, the protector of the Korhun forest of Mogeth. They met the Ice-dragons, those who packed up to move the Elemental plane of Water, and the others who wanted to stay. The oldest and wisest offered their help to the Satyrs and allied.
As a result of the joint work, they created the Yot savanna, the Mor savanna, the Jungle Dura, and the Jungle Ghak. The Dragons let the fairies live with them, and they learned a lot about the Elemental magic, history, and all the new friends can offer. The Goddess Zellevera found the alliance interesting and wanted to push the parties to create even more life. She started leaving around different scrolls and books from her collection and watching how the mortals work with them.
Most Dragons avoided the strange works, but the Satyrs were impressed. Drauvys was the most eager to learn all the magic that he could. As his life's end came closer, the Satyr wanted to preserve the knowledge they collected in his late years. Drauvys created many magical items in his lifetime, but the final masterpiece was a beautiful Mithril amulet. He planted all his consciousness in it, all the knowledge of Fairy magic, Elemental magic, and Power magic.
After Drauvys death, the Dragons gave him a proper burial as their customs, and placed his remains with all of his treasured possessions in a sarcophagus, in a burial chamber under their ancient Kingdom, in the Grazob Mountains. The amulet was left alone there for centuries. The once clear thoughts became confused, and the knowledge got mixed up with theoretical calculations and experiments. Drauvys mind doesn't want to be alone anymore.
Unexpectedly, a young but talented Bugit girl found it. The amulet can't understand her first, but in a few years, it learned the Beast language well enough, to start speaking to her. It wanted to be with her forever, protected her with all its might, and she liked to learn the things the Amulet could offer. It made Tanika Unsee bind her soul to its metal, so the two's spirits became inseparable.
