Mission 8:Patrol the Island

The Knives of the Gline have become an integral part of the Island of Rotheram. The KotG have been tasked with running a patrol of the eastern side of the Island, to the Military Base and back. Thadeus Browne "The Tinker" acts as leader for the newly established community, a Founding Father. He was a mechanic before the arrival of the KotG and the other refugees, and as such is well respected.

The KotG begin scouting the East Coast. Jane Colley is unable to provide any actionable intel, the Gold Coast hasn't been scouted in some time. Arriving at the ruins of the downed UFO the KotG meet members of the Church, lead by Edith Bennett. They discuss many things, including the Truth of the Singularity and the belief that the Knights (the fabled Divine mechs) choose their pilots.
Sarella ("Saviour") reaches out to Prim. She has been on the island for a number of months. There is also an update on the state of the conflict. The Karensky have the Power Cell, while the Church has the Armour. The torso is currently outside Gameford. All parties are vying for control of this newly discovered 13th Knight. Prim expresses a desire to become the pilot of the 13th.
The KotG continue on to the Rotheram Resort & Spa. There are currently 3 high profile whales on site. Avery Vasser, Felicia Tindal, and Isolde Barrick. Avery is the CFO of Western Finance & loyal to PFS. Ruin reveals a contact in the casino, the financial auditor Fredrick de Meulensteen, and learns that Isolde is on a run of good luck.
Reports of a "Shadow" closing in on the Island. It is not natural and is of significant mass. It is heading toward the Military Base, Longlake Fort. Prim radios Saviour, giving her the heads up. --- Downtime

While the majority of the KotG work on enhancing their capabilities, Ruin seeks out Tulja. He initially hopes to begin to smooth things over with the Shonian's, but his long term goal is to recruit her. --- Entanglements
