Demigod opens a portal for the party. Exit in the portal room of the castle, find the stewardess(Roxie Volair) outside.
Speak with the Lich Queen to finish the quest.

Per person: 2,000 gp, a bag of holding, Scroll of Raise Dead.

When the lich queen sees Tiran's arm, she says to come with her.

Is that what I think it is? Oh, my dear friend happened to you? Shortly after imprisoning her brother Tieran said to me "she needed some time to think." and I haven't seen her since. Rumor has it, Her hammer has been seen atop the Storm Guard mountains. Her brother? A crazy demigod of lightning, don't worry about him. he can't leave his prison without outside help.

She then retrieves from a hidden floor vault and gives it to the party. As for striking back at the Legion, the best way for you to do so is to attack their chain of command...
or you could enlist in my army and go to war.

Next main quest: Chain of comand

Target: The butler, Walter B. Cornelius, He's being Tracked by Farron.
Farron was last seen in the Sparkstone hills peninsula. Find him. Arrive at the town of Bluerock. Shop, talk to others. Town folk are scared of talking. There is no war in ba-sing-se style.
Innkeeper hushes party; "we can't talk here, meet me out back at midnight".

At the mausoleum. Puzzle: one grave is completely clean with engravings; "Show the Might of the True King." Cast any lightning spell. 5650 xp
Short hallway, then a large mess hall. Fight 5 cultists(can cast Lightning Lure). Puzzle:
Open doorway, then a Long hallway with Rooms on each side. Fight 2 cultists(can cast Lightning Lure) and 1 Cult Fanatic(can cast Lightning Spear).
Giant door, then large alter room with a skylight. Fight 2 cultists(can cast Lightning Lure), and Storm Knight. Reward: Dauntless Greatsword, 6,000 gp, local Way-stone network, + 1d4

Prisoners are in the cages above. Once they get them down, talk to Farron. 2850 xp to go

Farron how do I know your working for the queen? **** alright then.
Giltreude seems to be enamored with the church of the golden storm.
I believe he is trying to free the king of storms in order to make a deal with him and sent walter to make it go smoothly.

Who?

Armon, the demigod of lightning, later the king of storms. 3 Centuries ago, he declared war on the gods, in order to claim lordship over all of Excal-heim. Dozens of cities were razed to the ground and thousands were put to the blade. Eventually, the gods sent Altrax, the demigod of wind, to reason with him, but Armon simply killed them before they could say a word, stealing their power. He forged a sword infused with his own soul that night and proclaimed himself the storm king. He was defeated the next dawn by her royal majesty, Ereshkigal, and his younger sister, Queen Teiran of Dundering. They then entombed him within a deep steel sarcophagus and dropped a mountain on top of him, where he remains to this day. But that's enough story time... 3 days ago, Walter was at the mana steel mines to the north of here, might still be there.

Need flight or climbing to reach the ship. Fight 6 City Guard 2 City Guard + Walter B. Cornelius Meet a Night Dragon carrying a letter on the way out. 5 invites to the Silver-Dream hunt.

You are hereby invited to this year's silver moon hunt.
The hunt will take place in the autumn solstice estate. Each hunting party will be tasked with tracking, slaying, and skinning a large beast before midnight. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place shall earn 4 rare, 4 uncommon, and 4 common magic items respectively along with large sums of money. All parties will be taught the ascended spells of the hunt. Your tickets are enclosed, simply sleep with them in hand, along with the (one)weapon you wish to use, to accept the invitation. Health potions will be provided.

Upon entering the lodge: receive Tome of the Hunt. Hunting plan: Track down target. Stumble onto fight #1, fight #2 finds them, fight #3 ends the hunt. Start at dusk(6), midnight is 12. 6-hour hunt.
