Structure
- A "Council of Elders" 60 members strong, elects a "Governing Council" of 10 members. The "Governing Council" elects a First President. Elections to the "Council of Elders" are held every 5 years to fill vacant positions on the "Council of Elders". Elders are elected for life. All government business and taxes are paid in Amil Hakarter Paper Notes while all general trade is using the neighbouring Batan coinage called the "Reegers". It has the coinage of 1/10, 1/4, 1/2, 1, 5, 10 and 50. There are no notes. The value of the exchange changes but it is usually about 15 Reegers is equal to one Amlin Hakarter.
