Structure
The country is run by the Tooloo Clan which have controlled the southern shores of the four Nearing River Lakes for millennia. They have 35 minor and 6 major family lines and each family line controls one aspect of the economy or the nation. A major family line member is always the honorary head of government while, 5 other major family line members operations of government through the "Group of 5". Any of the 6 major families can hold the role of head of the government but can not hold onto a seat on the group of 5 while they hold the head of government role. There is no parliament.
Culture
The Tooloo Clan are one of the strongest clans of the Liptic People. They have a very strict social structure where the family line dictates the work the member is allowed to perform. This, however, has generated a very strong culture of professionalism in the performance of this work within the family line. The other strong belief is that family lines police their own family line, so all courts and police are family line specific.
Public Agenda
The government agenda and motivation is focused upon solidifying and enhancing the Tooloo Clan. Enforcing their control of their territory and profiting from the farmland on the southern side of the Nearing River.
Demography and Population
The population is approximately 168,000, with most of the population settled in the Nearing River Valley. The general layout of the territory is generally flat with a slow sloping depression following the river valley and some rolling hills near the Blue Fort region of the country.
The population is made up of about 90%
Liptic People with the remaining population being from the other people of the Petchenegs Sea.

Territories
The ancestral lands of the Tooloo Clan make up the country of Tuz Gold. It is divided between the fertile lands along the southern shore of the Nearing River and the desert land of the Karnak Desert.
Most of the population live along the Nearing River, however, the desert lands still have a strong cultural affinity to most of the population.
The lands around the Blue Fort are specifically important to the Tooloo people as it has many clan specific traditional desert gathering locations in the sacred hills surrounding to the city. The city has always been considered a sacred city and has special significance to the feminine lines of the Tooloo families as many of the female family burial tombs are situated in this area.
The Blue Fort is located in a small valley surrounding by low hills on 3 sides and a lake on the southern entrance to the valley.
The 4 lakes on the River Nearing are very important to provide a strong supply of water for the farmland on the riverbanks and to provide an all-round water transport option for river trade. The city of Tooloo Falls has a strong fortress and is located in a dominant position to control the flow of goods up and down the river.
Military
The "Ali Family" is the major family within the Tooloo Clan with responsibility for military defence. Only members from the Ali Family can participate in the military and almost all of the Ali Family does. There are about 3,500 members of the Tuz Gold Military being made up of men and women. They have mainly foot soldiers and mounted desert soldiers.
Agriculture & Industry
The most well known and iconic symbol of Tuz Gold's agricultural industry the Tuz Waterwheel. Its invention almost 11000 years ago revolutionalised the agricultural industry of the Nearing River and transformed it into the agricultural powerhouse in the region. The water wheel allowed a vastly expanded farming system to develop and has be the backbone for the continued success up to the present day.

There is no legislative body. The function of government is held by the "Group of 5". Their rulings are based on historical behaviour and tradition. Only one member of each of the 6 major families are allowed to sit on the "Group of 5". The family not represented on the "Group of 5" will hole the title of the head of government, a mainly ceremonial position.
Judicial Body
There is no country overriding Judicial body. In its place is 41 separate judicial bodies, one for every major and minor family clan. Each family clan polices its own. The judicial bodies are usually made up of elders of the individual clans.
Disputes between clans are rare as the setup of the society keeps most interactions between the clans very infrequent. These disputes would go to the "Group of 5" to make a judgement.
