A HOUSE ON THE BUILD
House Nandar can be said to be a house of builders in two ways: firstly, their main business interests lie in construction and, secondly, they have had to rebuild their reputation.
A DARK HISTORY
House Nandar of WATERDEEP have a dark past which almost caused a total collapse of the family. They were reviled in the past when they revealed themselves to be worshippers of MALAR, deciding to hunt down other nobles of the city. Their plans were thwarted by a group of adventurers and the family was stripped of their noble status. They have spent the past century acquiring redemption, wealth and their nobility.
THE CURRENT HOUSE
House Nandar own several properties in WATERDEEP and the surrounding areas. Their main seat of power lies in NANDAR VILLA in the North Ward of the city. The young matriarch of the family, DUCHESS OLESSIA NANDAR, resides here, overseeing the family's interests and continues in their attempts to atone for their past deeds. She is unmarried, maintaining her focus on the needs of her family for the time being. 
Olessia's younger sister, LADY VELROSA NANDAR, holds the position of High Steward of NIGHTSTONE. She currently resides in the small town in NANDAR KEEP and is married to EARL SHILTON ZUN. The couple very rarely live together, Shilton preferring to stay in Waterdeep
