Cumberland
The pre-war Cumberland had roots as far back as 1927 when the Pioneer scouts settled in what became Camp Bert Adams. Since that time Cumberland had become the hub for much business traffic as the nearby Interstate 75 was a major artery to downtown Atlanta.
After the war few of the large office buildings still stand and the towns shopping malls while they still stand are often more of a natural trap then a boon. Those nearest to the loop however tend to have a lively area of life coming back as that pocket of the community grows around the N75 Hot Rodders checkpoint.
