Aradesh

Aradesh was the New California Republic's first President, serving from the Republic's founding in 2189, until his disappearance in 2196. Aradesh, prior to his presidency, was the mayor of the town of Shady Sands, which eventually became the new nation's capital. He spent most of his presidency working to help unify the new states, and form a basic legal code.
He disappeared in 2196, along with the founder of the NCR Rangers, Seth, while looking for the Vault Dweller. The now ruined fort that once held the NCR's gold reserves was named after him.
