Shady Sands

Shady Sands is the Capital of the New California Republic. It is one of the largest cities in the wasteland, with many large scale skyscrapers, and stucco residential areas. The city is dotted with statues and government buildings throughout it. At the center of the city is the NCR Congress, with the Senate Floor on the bottom floor, various offices and committee rooms on the second to sixth floors, and the NCR President's Residence on the seventh and eighth floors.
Shady Sands is famous for its fountains, parks, city power grid, which prioritized over smaller settlements in the area. A large portion of the water that the NCR imports from the Free Economic Zone of the Mojave is used to maintain the city's greenery.
